Want to know where your Aurelmont timepiece is?
Here’s how you can easily track your order at any time.


1. Track your order via your Aurelmont account

The easiest way to track your order is through your Aurelmont account.

Steps:

  1. Log in to your Aurelmont account

  2. Go to “My Orders”

  3. Select the order you want to track

  4. Click on the tracking link provided

You’ll be redirected to the carrier’s tracking page, where you can see the most up-to-date information about your shipment.

If you checked out as a guest, you can still create an account later using the same email address to view your past orders.


2. Track your order via email

Each order includes at least two emails:

  1. Order confirmation email
    Sent right after you place your order. It confirms that we received your purchase.

  2. Shipping confirmation email
    Sent once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse.
    This email includes your tracking number and a tracking link.

You can click the link directly from the email to track your parcel at any time.

If you don’t see the email, please check your spam/junk folder or “Promotions” tab.


3. When will tracking be available?

  • Order processing time:
    We typically prepare and dispatch orders within 1 business day.

  • Tracking activation:
    After your order is shipped, the tracking number is created. It may take a short time for the carrier’s system to update. If the link doesn’t show information immediately, try again after a few hours.

  • Estimated delivery time:
    Standard delivery usually takes 7–12 business days, depending on your destination and local postal services.


4. Common tracking statuses

You may see some of the following statuses on the carrier’s tracking page:

  • Processing / Order confirmed – We have received your order and are preparing it.

  • Shipped / In transit – Your parcel has left our facility and is on its way to you.

  • Out for delivery – Your parcel is with the local courier and should be delivered soon.

  • Delivered – The carrier has marked the parcel as delivered to the address provided.

If the status shows “delivered” but you haven’t received your parcel, please:

  1. Check around your property and with neighbours

  2. Check if someone else at your address accepted the package

  3. Contact the carrier using your tracking number

  4. Reach out to us if the issue is not resolved


5. Tracking not updating?

If your tracking link does not update for several days:

  • It may be due to delays in the carrier’s system or local customs processing

  • In many cases, the parcel is still in transit even if the tracking is not updated every day

If the tracking seems stuck or you are concerned, feel free to contact us with:

  • Your order number

  • Your tracking number

  • A brief explanation of the issue

Our team will check the status with the carrier and update you.
