At Aurelmont, we want every timepiece to feel like a long-term investment – in style, in quality and in confidence.
That’s why all our watches are covered by a 3-year warranty against manufacturing defects.
1. Warranty Coverage – 3 Years
Your Aurelmont watch is protected by a 3-year warranty from the date of delivery.
This warranty covers manufacturing defects, including (but not limited to):

Movement issues not caused by impact or misuse

Defects in the case, crown or case back
-
Defects in the strap/bracelet or clasp
-
Defects in the watch glass (crystal) such as cracking or detaching under normal use
If a covered problem occurs, we will:

Inspect the watch, and
-
Exchange it for a new watch of equal or higher value. If you chose the higher value watch, you must pay the diference between the return one to the new one
2. What Is Not Covered
This warranty does not cover:

Normal wear and tear (small scratches, fading, minor marks from daily use)

Damage caused by accidents, drops, impacts or misuse
-
Water damage if the watch has been used outside its indicated water-resistance level
-
Damage caused by unauthorised repairs or modifications
-
Loss or theft of the watch
-
Cosmetic issues that do not affect the function of the watch
If a watch is returned and the damage is clearly due to misuse or falls outside these conditions, we may refuse the warranty claim or propose a paid solution.
3. Exchanges Only (Equal or Higher Value)
For warranty cases:

We only offer exchanges, not refunds.

The exchange will always be for:

The same model, if available, or
-
Another model of equal or higher value chosen by you.

If you choose a watch with a higher price, you will only pay the difference in value between the two models.
4. Shipping Costs – We Cover It
For all approved warranty claims:

We cover the shipping costs of sending the replacement watch to you.

When necessary, we may also assist with return instructions for sending the original watch back to us.
You will receive clear instructions by email or chat on how to proceed.
5. How to Make a Warranty Claim
If you notice any defect or problem with your watch, please contact us before sending the product.

After we analyse your case, we will confirm the next steps and, if the warranty is approved, we will organise the exchange.

7. Purchases From Any Country
This warranty policy applies to all Aurelmont watches, regardless of the country of purchase or delivery.
For customers in the European Union and other regions with specific consumer protection laws, this warranty operates together with your local legal rights.
Where local law offers stronger protection than our policy, your legal rights will always prevail.
