Once approved, your order is confirmed immediately and your watch is shipped as usual.

Klarna manages your payment schedule directly. As long as payments are made on time, you typically won’t be charged extra interest or fees.

4. Shipping & delivery information

We ship Aurelmont timepieces worldwide using secure, tracked delivery.

Order processing time
Orders are prepared and dispatched within 1 business day after your purchase is confirmed.
Estimated delivery time
Standard delivery usually takes 7–12 business days, depending on your destination.
Shipping fees
- Free shipping on orders of €50 or more
- A €5 flat rate on orders below €50
Tracked shipments
As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link so you can follow your timepiece on its journey.

For some countries, local customs or import duties may apply. These costs are the responsibility of the customer and vary by destination.

5. Order tracking & communication

6. Easy returns

Prepare and pack your timepiece carefully and send it to the return address provided.

All returns must comply with the conditions and time frame outlined in our Returns & Refunds Policy (such as item condition, original packaging, etc.).

7. Quick refunds

Once your watch is received and inspected at our return facility:

Your refund is typically processed within 3–7 business days back to your original payment method.
Your bank, card issuer or payment provider (for example PayPal or Klarna) may take a little extra time to make the funds visible in your account.

We will notify you by email as soon as your refund has been processed.
