At Aurelmont, we want your experience to feel as refined as the timepiece you choose.
If your order isn’t quite right, this Returns & Refunds Policy explains how we handle returns, exchanges and refunds.
This policy applies in addition to any mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence.
1. Overview
If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may be eligible to return your item for a refund or, in some cases, an exchange, provided that:

Your return request is made within 30 days of the delivery date;

The item meets all eligibility conditions described below.
We recommend inspecting your watch carefully upon arrival and contacting us as soon as possible if you notice any issues.
2. Return eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must:

Be unused and in original condition

Have no signs of wear, scratches or damage

Include all original packaging, protective films, tags and accessories

Include any free items or gifts that were part of the original order
If the returned item does not meet these conditions, we may refuse the return or apply a partial refund.
3. Return period
You must submit your return request within 30 days from the date your order was marked as delivered.
Returns requested after this period may not be accepted, except where required by applicable consumer laws.
4. Items that cannot be returned
For hygiene, safety or practical reasons, the following are generally non-returnable:

Items that show visible signs of wear, damage or misuse

Items returned without original packaging, tags or protective films

Gift cards or store credit

Final sale or “non-returnable” items clearly marked as such at the time of purchase

5. How to request a return
We’ve made returns as simple as possible. To start a return:

Log in to your Aurelmont account

Go to “My Orders”

Select the order that contains the item you wish to return

Click “Request a return” and follow the instructions

Once your return is approved, you will receive the return address and any specific packing instructions by email
Please do not send any items back without first submitting a return request and receiving confirmation from us.
6. Return shipping & packaging
Unless otherwise stated or required by law:

Customers are generally responsible for the cost of return shipping, except where the product is faulty or we made an error with your order

We strongly recommend using a tracked and, where appropriate, insured shipping service, as you are responsible for the item until it reaches us

The watch must be carefully packed, preferably in its original box and external packaging, to avoid damage in transit
We may not be able to process refunds for items that are lost or damaged during return shipping due to inadequate packaging or the use of non-trackable services.
7. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email whether your refund has been approved or partially approved.
If approved:

Your refund will be processed back to your original payment method

Refunds are typically processed within 3–7 business days after the return is approved

Your bank, card issuer or payment provider (such as PayPal or Klarna) may take additional time to post the funds to your account
If a returned item shows signs of wear, damage or missing parts that were not present at delivery, we may apply a partial refund.
8. Klarna “Buy now, pay later” orders
If you paid using Klarna:

Once we approve your return and process the refund, Klarna will update your payment schedule

If you have already made one or more payments, Klarna will refund any eligible amounts according to their terms

Any questions about your Klarna account, upcoming payments or interest/fees should be directed directly to Klarna
We will always issue the refund from our side as quickly as possible; the exact timing of the adjustment on your Klarna account depends on Klarna’s processes.
9. Exchanges
In some cases, we may be able to offer an exchange instead of a refund (for example, exchanging for a different model or edition), subject to stock availability.
If you would like to request an exchange:

Follow the same steps as for a return request

In your message, specify which model or edition you would like instead

Our team will confirm whether the requested watch is available and provide further instructions
If the requested item is not available, a standard refund will be processed according to this policy.
10. Damaged, faulty or incorrect items
If your watch arrives damaged, faulty or not as described, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery, ideally within a few days, with:

Your order number

Clear photos or video showing the issue

A brief description of the problem
If we confirm that the item is defective or that an error occurred on our side:

We will provide guidance on returning the item, and

You may be eligible for a replacement, repair, or full refund, including reasonable return shipping costs, in line with our obligations and this policy.
11. Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after the processing timeframe:

Check your bank account or payment app again

Contact your bank, card issuer or payment provider – there is often some internal processing time before a refund appears

If you have done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us with your order number and refund confirmation
We will then verify the status of your refund on our side.
